Shown this before but it's early-ish copper.
My best purchase to date for a whole $25 in 2009

I pray that whatever you're going through will all come out 100% again. I've spend my time in hospitals. Enjoy: Sadly I don't have this 1900 S Barber anymore. :( I bought it as AU... I loved the toning on it too. 1900s.jpg 1900s2.jpg

That's spectacular. I have the 2 centesimos in low XF, not nearly as nice as yours. Some gorgeous coins came out of South America back in the day.

I really like your coin from Uruguay. Any story about how you got it?

This coin was minted in Paris, France. And minted in Great Britain also.

Got it from a world coin dealer. Saw it, Bought it.

Many thanks for the eye candy and the diversion. The patient came through like a champ and is resting comfortably at the hospital where she will be the next few days. I just arrived home where I will now be having some medicine of my own. Thanks to all.

Randy, I sincerely hope all went well with your loved one.

My much better half had a minor op. a couple of months ago. It was a nerve-wracking experience waiting for results for many hours in the waiting room.
Thank god I fell asleep part of the time.

Here is some early U.S to keep you going:
