l can see now, dougsmith..if you look closely, its definitely PROFECTIO AVGVSTI, alexander riding horse, and on the front of the horse is victoria..look another photo angle..
I would be most interested to see how cleaning will help this coin. I suspect it might be a bit worn, but not overtly so. I would say a good soak in distilled water followed by dishwashing liquid and the fingers under the tap would remove some of the dirt, followed by toothbrush, dental pick, and perhaps a dremel. Can't wait to see your progress.
