This is strange looking. Does anyone see traces of the last two digits? It is a wheat penny.

Generally this type of error (and it is an error) isn't worth much.

In the other pic the 3 is visible, perhaps the 4 I saw at the end was pareidolia. However, that long 3 was not used in 1913.
The 1913 is a short 3. Not the elongated 3 as seen in 1934 or 1943.
The elongated 3 is visible in post #2.

Can't tell from the pic but 1913 looks plausible. You can narrow it down by looking for the VDB on the edge of the bust on the obv. 1918 and 1919 will have VDB, older coins will not

    Welcome to CT
I'm going to say 1919S - Enlarging the photo I can see the 1 and tail of the 9, which matches the first 9. Most likely grease filled die.

    I also see that as a 9.

Coincidentally it looks a lot like this one. The VDB under the shoulder is clearly visible.

It can't be 1913. The image of the 3 in Post #2 is elongated like this 3:
    1934-D 1C.jpg
    The 1913 is a short 3.
