One is an American Silver Eagle and the other is a Peace Dollar. Both are used with a chain in order to make a Silver Dollar necklaces. I assume that over the years both of these dollars have toned and also picked up some type of environmental damage or some kind of damage that I am not aware of. Can any one tell by looking at the pics provided what kind of surface damage both coins have? If so, can they be repaired or should I just leave them alone? Any help regarding this subject would be greatly appreciated. There are hundreds and hundred's years of experience; both in grading and overall appearance over a vast arena of coins both domestically and internationally on these forums and I hope someone can provide some education and assistance. I also hope the pics are useful. If not no problem, no worries. Enjoy what remains of your day.
