The numbers are interesting but the condition may hold them back, wait for others that collect currency they would have a better idea.
I would say that someone would give you a premium on the low serial number. How much, I can't say. The condition is what does that one in. The other one you may, I stress, may find someone who wants the 7's but I wouldn't hold out on that one.
The first one with the low serial number is nice but the value would be held back as the note has been folded to death. The second note, interesting serial but it's a spender.
