Inflation hit not too long afterward and made it obsolete. I gave it a nickname in the early 1990&#039;s and promoted it well.</p><p><br /></p><p>The &quot;Gypsy Girl&quot; note was produced by the American Banknote Company from engraved plates. The quality shows it. It has a nice intricate detail with raised elements due to the printing process. The portrait is of a <u>real</u> Gypsy girl.
