Can’t tell about the dime. A little fuzzy. Try this if you have a smart phone

I can't tell about the Dime. It looks more like Damage butbits the blurry photos. The Quarter has a nice large cud but it's not worth getting it graded.
I just recently purchased this Cud Buffalo Nickel that is graded for less than the cost of grading.

Welcome to CT @Charles tresner. Glad you took the advice and started your own post. It definitely appears to be a nice cud, but better photos would help. The can for iPhones is great, but if you are just using a regular digital camera, here is my normal spiel on taking photos.
You should always post in focus FULL IMAGE photos (after you upload your photo, two buttons appear: Thumbnail and Full Image, click Full Image and your photo appears full size on your post and is easily enlarged by clicking on it). Photograph coins on neutral backgrounds like black, grey, or white. Crop out superfluous background so just the coin shows, and post photos with correct orientation so members don't have to turn their computer in some awkward fashion to view it properly. While it isn’t always necessary, it is nice to show both the obverse and reverse, even if your question is just about one side. Members can often give more valuable information having both sides to evaluate. Add close ups of areas you have questions about and make your questions as definitive as possible so we know what you are asking for. And try to have the best lighting possible to show the most favorable photo of the coin. Hope this helps in the future. Good luck.
And for removing background distractions, try this free site: https://www.remove.bg

the quarter looks like CU-25c-ND-07 from cuds on coins website from these pictures. you can look it up easily serching the "CU-25c-ND-07" on the internet it will be the first result, then compare it, it should look the same and same placement. it might also be CU-25c-ND-08.

That page will take you to other No date quarters it could be but the curve around the base of the bust is pretty distinct. you can use it as a reference for any other cuds you come across and want to look up also.
