Credit Suisse Bars in Half Ounce ?

Going through my "stuff"
I have some "HALF OUNCE" Credit Suisse bars that I've had for maybe a few years. I cannot find any on the net for sale. I see plenty of images but perhaps not many were made in this fractional size. Anyone know more about the rarity of these?

Gold, I assume? Or silver?

 

I thought I saw some fractionals on EBAY daily deals bullion today. Not sure who had them, but I don't think that they are rare. Maybe some of the older ones ? Is the year on the assay card ? Haven't seen one for awhile.
