    K2Coins...
the 1893-S Morgan would work in the collection, as would one of the Seated Liberty Dollars you mentioned (but not all of them). I see you are going for the high value ones and you are certainly thinking nicely, because if I was to have a virtual collection I could never afford, those would probably be in it. But it doesn't have to be super high value, if the presentation of the coin makes the entire collection look good together. It is not value that is driving this as its theme.

@Kasia Just to clear things up a bit...Do you already have a list put together? And we are trying to guess the exact order and which coins are on it?

Kasia Got my learning hat on

Yes, I do have a list of coins I want in it and once you guess what the coins are, you will know the order they will go in. Unless you are really just disorganized for displaying a collection! LOL. Anyways, there is some flexibility so some coins will not be so specific that you have to get a particular year or mint mark in. (But you do have to list individual coins) As an example, this collection WILL NOT include a Buffalo Nickel... but if it did, any date would be good, so someone might guess a 1920-D and another might put in a 1926-S in their list of what they would include and I would say that either would work in the collection. [Again, this is an example and there are no Buffalo nickels in this virtual collection]

Guess again, sorry but you missed on all counts.

@K2Coins --- to clarify on my answer to you previously... I said any one would work and that is true.... but this might lead you astray. So basically, you can use two of the five similar coins, but not all 5 in the collection. Sorry, mea culpa.

@-Andy- The 1870 S silver dollar would work as would the 1794 Flowing Hair silver dollar.

Also please note that I will have many other things competing for my time in the next few weeks. I may or may not be able to respond to the choices given as promptly as I have been doing.

Kyle, all fantastic coins to be sure, but really you have only filled 6 spots, not all ten. I would be generous in putting in one spot (planned for another) since you offer a proof example (the 1866 one).

The fun thing about this is I am actually learning more about these coins in trying to clarify what is and isn't in the collection. As far as pics, the 1794 has outstanding appeal to me as does 1873CC you show here. Not saying the others aren't great coins, but their pics leave a bit to be desired, and as a whole, the coins (visually/aesthetically as a collection) just aren't 'going together' as far as eye appeal flowing from one coin to another as you look at them.

Also, think about your selections as if I had a collection like you show, I can't think how this grouping has any focus or theme to it and how would one put together an exhibit that would be compelling for someone not owning the collection to see, appreciate, and learn more about them in a historic context????

@Kasia So 6 coins are correct? When you say that a certain coin could work in the set, it doesn't mean that it has to be in the set?

  16. Kasia

Kasia Got my learning hat on

When I say it could work, it doesn't have to be in the set, but if it fit in a spot and you chose that coin it would work there. And yes you have lots of coins that would work in the set, yet you only have 6 of the 10 spots accounted for.

an almost uncirculated 55 three cent silver
a mint state 63 1854 seated half dime
    a mint state 64 1912 barber dime
    a mint state 62 1854 seated quarter
    a mint state 62 1852 seated half
    a mint state 65 1877 s trade dollar
    a mint state 68 2007 presidential dollar

You still have only 6 spots filled. I am traveling and will be busy at times with no looking on the net so prepare your guesses but with the idea that you may not get confirmation for a few days.
