This looks to be a put together collection that was sold at sometime either already &quot;complete&quot; and not needing you to do anything except hang it up, or where you got the coins separately (probably from the same company that sold you the holder and frame) and put them in, sort of like a subscription. Looks like all the coins may be uncirculated or close to that, but were making money for the people that put this out. </p><p>Let me know your opinion if its different from mine.
