Hello - new collector- I know this has been covered in pieces in other posts but I can't find a definitive answer.... Are cowens 20 slot three ring binder pages PVC free? I see that the brand is typically referred to as good quality but numerous places online refer to this product as "vinyl" and they have that shower curtain smell. I didn't see the box today but the seller indicated they are PVC free. They are stiff so I seem to be having mixed results with the "tests" that folks suggest. Thanks for you input!
I figured I would update this in case anyone was searching later. I emailed the manufacturer and they said the pages were not PVC free. They indicated that the pages are safe with Mylar flips but I know that is debated here on the forums.
