I picked these off of Ebay to add to my Red seal note collection - finally won something that a bidiot didn't outbid me in the final few seconds of the auction. I found that putting your bid in between Noon and 2 EST you actually have a chance of winning without having to overbid! Took a chance as the seller said they were circulated - but my pictures showed differently. These 2 notes in hand are so close to crisp I can't find a problem!
I've tried to get 1 of those $5''s but no luck. I don't really collect bills aside from the 6 or 8 I have. So I don't put much into them.
Sweet pick up!! I love those Red Seals. About a year ago, I got a red seal $5.00 from a bank still in pretty decent condition.
