Counterfeits on eBay

they have been selling those replica notes for years. i don't believe they are actual size. if they are only one side is printed per note. so you would actually get to sheets of paper. this is nothing new

I don't know for sure. You would think so...but part of me doubts it. Every employee I have had to hire have had some kind of state license or certificate from the board or dentistry which requires completion of the appropriate academic program. So, I haven't really worried about it.

Yes I agree, it would be dumb to buy them. With that said, there are people dumb enough to buy them and even try to pass them as well. It's bad enough that we're dealing with China and their fakes coming into the US and now it looks like we have sellers in the US to do their dirty work, or at the minimum compete with them. Either way these sellers are idiots and need to be stopped asap.

 

You are correct. Most reproductions ebay are smaller or larger than actual size, or one sided, and sometimes both. These however dont adhere to the guidelines.

 

Some employers don't bother to verify this stuff. There were crime rings that sold diplomas with transcripts and everything. They even had a phone number to include with your references. If and when an employer calls, they had someone to answer and back it up. Those diplomas and fake credentials cost several thousand dollars however.
