Counter-stamped quarters: Is there any interest in them?

    I would think that a state quarter designed by Dan Car with a counterstamp he made on his equipment should carry a premium. I would much rather have something like that in my collection than a common quarter struck in the hundreds of millions. Calling it “damaged” is an oversimplification.
