    Looks like it could be a small die chip. Hard to tell for sure with the lighting of your picture and it not being completely in focus.

    Hello! First off, welcome to CoinTalk! What you're seeing is a die chip. As you may or may not know, dies that strike coins are inverse, anything raised on a coin is indented in the die (the design). So when a die chips, a raised bump of metal is formed called a die chip.

    If it is a die chip? Then is that a die crack going down his cheek,
    A better pic would be needed but I'd bet that the raised lump is damage.
    Cool die chip if it is!

    That's possible. Especially if you got them from the same roll/box of 2017Ps. Those have a better chance of being struck by the same dies.

    Can you get a better photo, die chips and die breaks are fun, they help to further attribute die pairings.
