I see no mint mark
The mm can only be in one place as its stamped on a hardened metal die and doesn't wander arbitrarily around.

And i think, but i don't know because you don't elaborate, that you see the lower edge of the bust damaged.

 

Just a plain circulated 1981 cent minted in Philadelphia with circulation damage.
