The Obverse of this penny catches my attention. Being smooth. Ha, maybe it just got sanded down a bit. :( sure its pmd. Had to ask anyways. Thanks in advance. 20210920_135959.jpg 20210920_135838.jpg 20210920_135828.jpg 20210920_135504.jpg 20210920_135920.jpg

It got pinched between a rock and a hard spot. Like getting caught in a car door or piece of machinery. If it had been sanded, filed, ground down, etc. on the lower part of the obverse, the zinc core would be showing.

One might believe it could be a strike through, but I'm voting for PMD.
