Could this be 1 of a handful of real double tailed quarters?

I found a two head quarter in a roll from the bank. 2 different dates. Anyway, there is an obvious seam just inside the rim on one of the faces. One quarter was hollowed out on the tails side and the other quarter had the rim and tails side removed so that it would fit into the hollowed out part of the first quarter.

The seam is very obvious.

 

I still can't tell. Here's 2 more pics of it.
