If you crack it out or ask for a re-grade at NGC, it will cost you much more &amp; they will probably give it another MS63 IMO. If you submit it to PCGS (and they don&#039;t recognize the coin) maybe it would go into a 64 holder because of the incredible &quot;grandma factor&quot;. The photo shows the reverse is really alive &amp; easy on the eyes. I assume from the photo that the obverse has life &amp; is not really dark.
