So I understand why a person would take an inexpensive coin/medal and have it graded even if it costs more than the ultimate product. In this thread, though, I was focusing on the OP&#039;s comment on grading a &#039;58 quarter or ordinary ASE, which are common coins. There was no hint in the post regarding any special attribute or other value to the collector.
