Copper quarter blank slug or miracle?

    Yes it can be done, I've done it myself, but the coin tends to be slightly concave which makes it difficult to remove the nickel on the rims.

    Sorry Chris if it seems like I'm singling you out, I'm not really. You are actually one of the better sources of answers on here, and you answer a lot of questions. Unfortunately that means I seem to comment on your posts more than others, not because I'm picking on you, but because most of the others aren't really saying anything.

    And of coure I don't like being told I'm wrong, who does? And yes sometimes I am wrong, I'm not infallible.

    I've always believed that anyone who is never wrong has never tried to do anything. I accept the fact that I can and will make mistakes, and it is also important that I acknowledge those mistakes lest someone else make them as a result of my comments. It's part of the learning process.

    Perhaps I have misjudged your intentions. For that, I apologize.
