I found this dime in a roll of pennies. It's a 1991p. Does anybody know if there were any minted by error? I posted another dime to show the color difference.

I have pulled hundreds of Dimes that look like yours from the dirt when I go metal detecting at parks and beaches. If you understood the minting process a Cent blank planchet would not fit into a Dime chamber for milling.
As stated before, Environmental Damage from time exposed to the elements.
