Copper penny 1947

    around 5 cents or so ?

    It's in pretty good condition considering it's 71 years old, though it has seen pretty good circulation wear and tear.

    The most you'll get for it is 5 cents. People buy these in bulk for 3 cents a piece (sometimes even less).

    By itself, its not worth enough to sell. If you had a roll of 50 of them in that condition, you could probably sell that for about $2-$3. it is not rare in that condition and is not very desirable as a single piece as AU and low MS examples are inexpensive.
