Would theses be errors 1974 dime 1970 s nickel and 1995 p half dollar

No, the environment has worn away the clad layer, I had a Kennedy half dollar I thought was missing a clad because it was completely brown but it was just a beat up coin that was probably in the dirt at one point. None of these are errors. Sorry, but keep hunting, you'll find some eventually!

The elements affect the clad layers..
