i am not really sure Mike, i am new to paper money,i thought the one i found today was low. Yours is much lower though.

 

I think a low serial number is one under 10,000


I still have it, but i'll prob spend it

 

Of course there is but people don't tend to look up serial numbers that don't appear unique or "cool". If the numbers have no interesting sequence, why bother checking? I have looked some up that I thought would be high but turned out to be below 90%. Finding one over 95% isn't as easy as it looks. My best one to date is a $20 with S/N of 09009099 = 99.24%.

I e-mailed a pic to the owner of the site but the e-mail came back. I don't think he updates the Hall of Fame or Gallery photos anymore even though he asks for pics if you are the owner of a rare bill.

I keep everything over 95% and all my star notes. It's just my fun way to save money. Last I counted I had about $1500 in cool numbers and star notes just saved in my safe. I don't even miss them
