The OPs note could be called a semi : a semi-radar, a semi-repeater, and a semi-binary. And that's semi-funny.
It's finding a note like yours that makes you want to start collection fancy serial number currency's.
That's a cool note. Id like to find something like that. I started getting more educated I'm notes as far as star notes and serial numbers are concerned. What's funny is that I have a small painting company that is in hibernation for now due to me having to take care of my kids mother on Hospice. Since doing so I've devoted more time to currency and found that if I truly enjoy this hobby more than anything I've ever done in my life. If I were to some how turn this into a job I've ever had and I wouldn't even consider it work. To be able to do something that you truly enjoy providesand an income is something that I would consider to be a huge blessing. Don't get me wrong I like painting but not nearly as much as this.
Thank you. Now I hope to run into many more like it as well as the the different varieties that are out there.
Not to take the wind from your sail Lorenzo, but I think Steve was referring to Oldhoopster's ladder note.
That was a once in a lifetime find. I got a pack of CU consecutively numbered notes that just happened to be numbered from 23456750 to 23456800. I’ve been looking at all of my coins and bills received in change since I started collecting almost 50 years ago and outside of 90% silver, have never found anything worth more than a few bucks. I have no expectations of finding anything like this again even though I still look at everything.
