Question for those in the know.
In most of the notes above there are two letters surrounding the serial #. In the last picture there's a symbol to the right of the trailing 6. What is that symbol and what does it denote?

Yes it is a "convocation" and if they're flying its a "kettle" of Eagles.

In my opinion your 1899 is worth sending to PMG. I’d grade it a VF 30 to 35 from the photos. I like the signatures too - Speelman-White.
