69's would serve just fine for my purposes, as the intention is to have them serve as visual aids for lay people (family and friends) while hopefully appreciating my history guides (probably wishful thinking :(). I probably couldn't reliably even tell the difference between a 69 and a 70, and most people don't even know what those numbers mean to begin with. But, since the coins seem to be pretty cheap either way, I figured I should go all out for the 70 UC since the total cost would be in my wheelhouse. I like to purchase coins while considering whomever will end up with my collection after I die, and the top grades will probably be easier for them to sell ;) That's what would make these coins differ from the rest of my collection, I'm not buying them because I have an appreciation for them or see any real value in them, they are simply meant to serve as physical representations for the historical narrative chapters. The rest of my collection is slabbed though, and I organize the slabs in cases with labels on top with codes that are referenced in the text. Like this: So I want the coins in slabs so that they will be consistent with the rest of the collection (I'm kinda OCD like that! :shy:). And, since I'm getting slabs, and they are affordable, I decided to go for 70 UC. Honestly, I've been thinking about this for a while, and I keep flip-flopping between talking myself into and out of it. I figured that if there were and easy way to simply buy them all at the same time, then I could pull the trigger and be done with it haha!
