I don't know maybe I just see things a little different. I bought the box at that neighborhood branch. I personally don't think a individual is going to lose his job over trying to make a long time customer happy. That is just good customer service. And just common sense. Instead their policy cost me my time. And the teller's time for them having to process so many individual deposits. I don't know maybe it's me but someone in the executive board needed to review that part of their policy. At least in my eyes that policy cost them more in their employees time having to do so many single deposits. Than just one. Definitely not cost-efficient. And just downright stupid. Oh well don't have to deal with that garbage anymore. By my box at one branch bank and when I'm finished I take it back to a Another branch bank. That way when I get a new box from my neighborhood branch, I'm sure not to get the box I turned in back. And the other bank I turn my box into. They are more than happy to accept that box and deposited into my account. I really get a kick out of it. The teller that usually gets a box of quarters puts them on her chair and rolls them back to her window. A box of quarters is heavy. It generally takes me less time to do that transaction than other customers doing their transactions. All I know is when I close my account with the other bank. When the manager asked me why I was closing my account. I flat told him maybe the directors who make up the rules. Should periodically review them. Basically I'm closing my account because of poor customer service. And anyone from the executive branch can contact me at any time to discuss the issue. I guess by the managers demeanor and willingness to make what was wrong right came too late. I personally don't think that manager will make that kind of a mistake again. A little common sense cost him and the bank a long time account. This day and age there's or branch bank almost on every corner, it only makes sense to try and keep customers happy. But I'm just a dumb old Marine what do I no.USMC60
