I had no idea about the capital gains tax that you have to pay on silver, gold, or collectibles. I found out about it from a friend who I was telling about my new hobby. I haven't sold any coins yet, but if I had, I could have not paid the proper tax. And I KNOW the IRS isn't an entity you want to mess with. </p><p><br /></p><p>To sum it all up. A course that could teach me the most responsible way to handle my money while continuing in Numismatics would be very helpful. It could be very broad or very general.
