Yes, there are no key dates among the circulated coins in those sets. The Mint State coins are another story. I put together a circulated set of Roosevelt Dimes when I was a kid in the 1960s. I never did the Franklins. Years later, I bought complete BU sets of Roosevelt Dimes and quite recently, the Franklin Half Dollars. I will never do the Washington Quarter Set. When I was a kid, I thought the reverse of that coin was very attractive (crowded) and the Washington portrait boring. I have not changed my mind in my old age.
My sets for the grandkids start at park quarters. I have more Canada quarters of silver then USA. 3+2. Lol. My personal stash
