I have some questions about wheat cents. "Common" ones at least. For instance what would you do with this one if you had half a roll of them (and I'm sure I do)? http://i182.photobucket.com/albums/x275/clembo1872/scan0029.jpg http://i182.photobucket.com/albums/x275/clembo1872/scan0030.jpg It is full red by the way although the scans don't show as are all of them. It's not just 1956 either. I have many more unc wheaties from the 40s and 50s. Are these worth my time to even sell? If I list them on ebay seller fees kill them basically. On to more wheaties I have rolls of coins like this. http://i182.photobucket.com/albums/x275/clembo1872/scan0031.jpg http://i182.photobucket.com/albums/x275/clembo1872/scan0032.jpg I have many rolls or partial rolls of straight dates like this 36-D. The coin pictured is average condition for these rolls. Now, I'm no Lincoln hound but I do know my way around the series fairly well. I've stashed away dupes and more of semi keys and even picked up a nice 1914-D. But what about these commons folks? Are they worth my while to hang onto, should I dump them for better coins? The key and semi key dates have been discussed a lot and I do feel they will see even bigger increases. What do you all think about the others even from the teens, twenties and 30s. Are they going anywhere?
