Common coin strait from a MS roll.

    That Yellow line in front of Lincolns face is part of the design, it is either die wear, or a thin die cap, or struck thru, I really don't know. Ther is no rotation to this die pairing.

    Questions. Is the area in question recessed or raised? I don't see die wear based on examples on error-ref.com.
    Maybe strike through?

    It is almost like ghosting, see the striations, vertical over Lincolns jacket, it reminds me of the memorial. It is stepped slightly going towards 9 oclock.

    A lot like it, the problem is the die positions don't match.
