But the clads in the 2 coin set are supposed to be "different". High relief with the original design and not the low relief modified design they use on the business strikes. If they really are and they are limited they might be worth it. If they are talking through their hat about the "difference" (which they have done before), then Eh!

But they will still wind up with a large portion of the sets, before many of the collectors get theirs and there will be complaints and charges of favoritism just as there always are on high demand items.

Yes, they will still wind up with the sets they want, but they will have to jump through a lot more hoops to get them. And, receipt of them will be more spread out, so they will not receive all of the available inventory before the average collectors receive some. Allowing huge orders to be placed and filled first is a clear advantage.
