This is a good point @Shrews1994 , only hold a coin on the edge, never on the obverse or reverse. Edit: even my wife knows not to do that
I once had a small group of 8 gem BU pieces (yes, all 1994) that I have long since sold off, and haven't had any more since. I believe this is a fairly scarce coin.
He means that if he's so bad at dealing with coins that his fingerprints are on them, he needs to find a new job and hobby.
