Colosseum coins seem very expensive.

    It's a Paduan Medal, not the real deal. You can google Paduan Medals and read about the history of them.

    The one you have linked is a 16th century medallion, they are very expensive. The scarce ones are Titus with the collosseum reverse. In good condition they are also expensive. Worn versions do come up at auctions infrequently at reasonable prices.

    As far as finding coins with historical items struck into the reverse, I find those the most attractive as a buyer.
