I only found one on Vocin. Not sure if they are all expensive but I also see they are not easy to find. Are these highly sought after? https://www.vcoins.com/en/stores/lo...phitheatre_the_colosseum/1746326/Default.aspx
It's a Paduan Medal, not the real deal. You can google Paduan Medals and read about the history of them.
The one you have linked is a 16th century medallion, they are very expensive. The scarce ones are Titus with the collosseum reverse. In good condition they are also expensive. Worn versions do come up at auctions infrequently at reasonable prices.
Authentic bronze colosseum medallions typically start around $50,000+ if you can find them. https://www.cngcoins.com/Coin.aspx?CoinID=310300 https://www.cngcoins.com/Coin.aspx?CoinID=230579 https://www.ma-shops.com/minshull/item.php?id=5108
As far as finding coins with historical items struck into the reverse, I find those the most attractive as a buyer.
