Thought I'd share one of the cooler overdates (or die blunders) I've seen. I suspect what happened is the "19" was first punched upside down, then corrected. It doesn't look like much was done to polish away the first digits.
Right--50c in world coins often stands in for Cents, Centimes, Centavos, Centesimi, etc. And Colombia shouldn't be confused with the Columbia expo 50 cents
I feel like I should buy you a shot of some weird, oddly flavored foreign booze every time you see a non-US coin
