Once again, thank you all for your help with this collectorsinternet thing.

I want to say that in the end, the gentleman at collectorsinternet ended up making me a very nice offer to compensate me for what I thought was unfair. They never admitted, and still don't think, that their refund policy allowed for me to recieve any refund after so long had elapsed. They nonetheless offered me one. I think it shows that they are a good place to shop. Just make sure you follow what they have posted on the internet about returns if you intend to return any. My case was different because the policy used to be different, due to a typo or something.

The coins, overall, were nice. PCGS was, IMO, pretty harsh on the grading. I do think ,however, if collectorsinternet top guy or girl or guys/girls would have checked the Morgans with a loupe, it would have been obvious that the one Morgan was cleaned. Even I can tell that now that I have a slight amount of knowledge and experience and now that I have the coins back. But, nevertheless, collectorsinternet did offer me enough money to make me feel like I got what I paid for now. I certainly WOULD NOT recommend anyone getting into a back and forth with them about grading and pricing. It was not easy and not unstressful.

All in all, even though they don't have a phone number and don't show pics of their coins, they do have pretty nice coins. Them not having a phone number or pictures is what added to the intrigue for me and what made me order from them in the first place. But I think they are saving so much money by not having a customer service rep available by phone that they expect you to understand and be VERY patient when it comes to buying from them. I would actually probably buy from them again, now that this is straightened out, but they don't want me to, and I can't blame them. But I wouldn't want to scare anyone away from buying from them. Just have more patience than me, which shouldn't be that hard lol (he answers hundred of emails a day)and you should be fine. I had a friend buy 16k in Morgans from them and everything turned out dandy. My problem with them was unique and has way too many twists and turns to go over it all again, but in the end they were very good to me. Again, thank you to the people on here that helped me find my way through this.
