I told them its ridiculous that they have a different return policy for ordering through emails than on their website. </p><p>Thats when they responded that their grading guarantee was a &quot;typo&quot; and then changed thier website about 30 seconds later!! Is that fraud or what???</p><p>Ok so write them a formal letter asking that they stand by their guarantee, in certified mail, and also contact someone from my local ANA..Sounds like a </p><p>very good idea. Really good. I just joined ANA for $28.
