At the current silver price, the blasted ATB pucks are selling at a 50% premium and the 2012 San Francisco Silver Eagle Set is selling at a 200% premium. All things considered, which would you rather own, if either?

    - I can get them for close to spot through Provident or APMEX.
    - I don't own any 5 oz coins yet.
    - I love our National Parks and so does the rest of my family.

If you are looking solely at the underlying precious metal value, yes, they are high in price. I keep silver values in mind when I purchase coins in the aftermarket, when the coins are no longer on sale from the official source. I do collect the beautiful "pucks" and will be placing my order next week for one, along with a two-coin San Francisco silver eagle set, a regular proof silver eagle, a proof set, a silver proof set and an uncirculated set. I have not made up my mind about the 2012S business strike quarters, but it is on my Mint watch list and will most likely buy a roll. Buying these seven items saves me almost $30 in shipping fees.
