(It is unlikely Clinton, Bush or Obama will die in time to qualify.)&nbsp; Both Carter and Bush are 85 years old and so far only two presidents have made it to 90 years old.&nbsp; They would have to make it as well in order to not qualify.&nbsp; Clinton and G W Bush only have to make it to 68, and Obama only to 53.[/QUOTE]</p><p><br /></p>
