Dude!!! I was working at the Kmart shoe department during the platform shoe heyday…. I was a 6’2” man in 1975. I loved those shoes. I fear my mother may even have photos of me wearing them!

@Randy Abercrombie As some have already said getting them slabbed would be an expense that would not be offset by any market value; also, the Set appears to be well-sealed in the plastic (hopefully it is not PVC based) and thus is easily handled and displayed as is, AND, the designer info and Descriptions of the Four Major Aspects of his life are informative and something that cannot be included on any slab label.
