However, the folder holding the coins appear to be glued to the top inside of the packaging--and they WON&#039;T come out.&nbsp; For those of old enough to remember, it&#039;s like a record album--the record itself is in the paper sleeve, but the sleeve won&#039;t come out of the cardboard album.
