No, since I only have one for my little bitty Colonial type set. But I'll post photos when I can get a decent pic thru ANACS plastic. Great idea for a thread, Toad!
What a cool idea. This will be a fun, albeit a long project. Here's mine - Newman 7-T, R-4. PCGS XF40 4 Cinquefoils. Diagnostics: (per Newman's new book) Obverse: - Crack through sunrays to right of sun. - Tops of MIN step up. - Bottoms of INE step down. - Ornament between D Y touches D and centers over top left serif of I. Reverse: - E of WE doubled at top. - First E left of second. - W crosses circle touching S. - Bottom rosette between N and E. - There are no die cracks. Sorry for the out of focus seller picture. And the coin surfaces look a little grainy in the picture but not at all in hand. I hope to take my own better pics in the near future.
Thanks ryanbrooks! I was very happy and fortunate to be able to get it. I just wish the picture was better. You are right Catbert. So I probably wont be posting many more than one.
H.T, i like all of your Fugios - nice! (Is that a hole on that last one?) I like the passion you show for your Colonial coins! That is what collecting is all about. Regards, Eduard PS- why are you frustrated?
The 15-Y does have a hole. So far, it's the only one I have with a hole but it probably won't be the last. I'm frustrated at all the hassles in life. Between Ebay & PayPal, they've caused me more grief in the past month than everything else combined the year before (other than Ebay & PayPal). :goofer: Ebay & PayPal is to me what Spock is to Doug. :mouth: And lately, the weather bites. :goof: I'm ready for summer! :thumb: Ribbit
Here's my Fugio holed Newman 12- U R-4 that toad attributed for me and a rare one with misaligned dies. I know you have a 12=u toad, but mine is a cool one because of the dies I want to thank you Toad again:thumb: Jazzcoins Joe
This is an awesome idea for a thread but I don't have a fugio. Sorry but I will keep my eye on this thread and I hope you guys do complete the set. That would be sweet. ND
I'm surprised so few have shown up so far. The Fugio Cent is one so many like and I figured we'd have more than we do. I guess Garrett & I will just have to fill in the holes. Ribbit
