A showcase thread for non-showcase coins? I love the idea! I like the light golden tone and lavender highlights of this A-Pi billon tetradrachm of Alexandria. This one is just a recent attempt at re-photographing my beat-up old Pomponius Musa denarius with a reverse depicting Terpsichore, patron muse of all things Glee :singing:. Fairly recent pickup that I've not shown yet, a Fausta with a pretty sharp portrait. Geta 'limes' denarius; ex Doug Smith and A.K. collections. Another not shown before, a Domitian provincial from Corinth. Very beat up, but also very rare. Ex BCD collection and a RPC plate coin. A Crispus AE vota type, but one without the familiar wreath around the legend.
