How about a cereal company's cartoon bear mascot on a freebie-coin 2X2 that you found in a cereal box? I miss cereal-box prizes. The OP said "Coins with Bears." It did not specify that the bear had to be ON the coin, so~ ...Sugar Bear always had that "sleepy stoner" look to him.
=> ahahaha, I totally disagree ... => that cool cereal-box coin is a winner in the bear coin category "and" gets extra style-points for being super-cool retro cereal box cool ... => I'm giving that thread-addition top marks => winna winna, chicky dinna!!
Here are two proof Canadian $2 that SpiritYoda sent me, along with a silver version of an Austrian 5 euro that I previously posted in copper. I only have one side shown because I didn't break the seal on the package yet.
Oooww, Hiddendragon => that's a sweet 1799 Thaler (man, I love those bear on the wall examples) "Well ... Hello Thaler"
Yup => the answer was hiding within the first and second posts at the top of this page, my coin-friends!! (both Hiddendragon & myself seem attracted to these cool bear-walkin' beauties!?)

Here is a really tiny bear. Went to the World Money Fair this weekend and (among other things) got this Australian $1 coin, at the Royal Australian Mint's booth. It comes with a special WMF privy mark ... Here is a closeup photo of the bear (Downies); my camera won't do that. Last year the RAM did the same thing with a little Ampelmann, now they picked the bear. And in case you don't know what or who "Buddy Bear" is, have a look here. (Felling spixed.) Christian
