<p>[QUOTE="Jaelus, post: 2482655, member: 46237"]I was just doing some image searching on Google and ran across a high resolution photo of a coin that I recognized as one of my own. It was one I had submitted raw to NGC, and apparently they photographed the coin to represent the type in their World Price Guide. I did some more searching on the price guide and found they are using images of 7 of my coins to represent the type. That's kind of interesting, and it's nice to have access to shots of my coins taken at such high resolution at no cost. </p><p><br /></p><p>If anyone else has coins that NGC has used to represent a type in their price guide, share them up here as well.</p><p><br /></p><p>Here's what I found:</p><p><br /></p><p><a href="https://www.ngccoin.com/price-guide/world/austria-14-florin-km-2214-1859-1865-cuid-63911-duid-178100" target="_blank" class="externalLink ProxyLink" data-proxy-href="https://www.ngccoin.com/price-guide/world/austria-14-florin-km-2214-1859-1865-cuid-63911-duid-178100" rel="nofollow">Austria 1/4 Florin KM2214 (1859-1865)</a></p><p>My coin: 1859B MS64</p><p><br /></p><p><a href="https://www.ngccoin.com/price-guide/world/austria-corona-km-2804-1892-1907-cuid-39787-duid-114170" target="_blank" class="externalLink ProxyLink" data-proxy-href="https://www.ngccoin.com/price-guide/world/austria-corona-km-2804-1892-1907-cuid-39787-duid-114170" rel="nofollow">Austria Corona KM2804 (1892-1907)</a></p><p>My coin: 1893 MS65</p><p><br /></p><p><a href="https://www.ngccoin.com/price-guide/world/austria-corona-km-2820-1912-1916-cuid-39792-duid-114195" target="_blank" class="externalLink ProxyLink" data-proxy-href="https://www.ngccoin.com/price-guide/world/austria-corona-km-2820-1912-1916-cuid-39792-duid-114195" rel="nofollow">Austria Corona KM2820 (1912-1916)</a></p><p>My coin: 1916 MS65</p><p><br /></p><p><a href="https://www.ngccoin.com/price-guide/world/hungary-10-krajczar-km-4511-1870-1889-cuid-27167-duid-80713" target="_blank" class="externalLink ProxyLink" data-proxy-href="https://www.ngccoin.com/price-guide/world/hungary-10-krajczar-km-4511-1870-1889-cuid-27167-duid-80713" rel="nofollow">Hungary 10 Krajczar KM4511 (1870-1889)</a></p><p>My coin: 1888KB MS64PL</p><p><br /></p><p><a href="https://www.ngccoin.com/price-guide/world/hungary-10-filler-km-482-1892-1914-cuid-27696-duid-82181" target="_blank" class="externalLink ProxyLink" data-proxy-href="https://www.ngccoin.com/price-guide/world/hungary-10-filler-km-482-1892-1914-cuid-27696-duid-82181" rel="nofollow">Hungary 10 Filler KM482 (1892-1914)</a></p><p>My coin: 1909KB MS66</p><p><br /></p><p><a href="https://www.ngccoin.com/price-guide/world/hungary-krajczar-km-458-1878-1888-cuid-27056-duid-79846" target="_blank" class="externalLink ProxyLink" data-proxy-href="https://www.ngccoin.com/price-guide/world/hungary-krajczar-km-458-1878-1888-cuid-27056-duid-79846" rel="nofollow">Hungary Krajczar KM458 (1878-1888)</a></p><p>My coin: 1881KB MS64RB</p><p><br /></p><p><a href="https://www.ngccoin.com/price-guide/world/hungary-korona-km-484-1892-1906-cuid-27702-duid-82213" target="_blank" class="externalLink ProxyLink" data-proxy-href="https://www.ngccoin.com/price-guide/world/hungary-korona-km-484-1892-1906-cuid-27702-duid-82213" rel="nofollow">Hungary Korona KM484 (1892-1906)</a></p><p>My coin: 1893KB MS65</p><p><br /></p><p>I'm glad they liked the coins enough to use for this purpose, but it would have been nice if they had notified me of this use as a courtesy. If anyone else has coins that NGC has used to represent a type in their price guide, share them up here as well.
