What is the purpose if it&#039;s not internationally accepted worldwide as a national currency or perhaps in this case, &quot;state currency&quot;, or even the country that refused to call it legal tender? It is at best bullion at the moment until it&#039;s accepted by the public, transaction done in dinars and a proven history.
