    Wow, the silver coin looks like it has gems of some sort in the eyes. I like the silver one. Not the gold one. Yeah, very nice coin.

    Those gems are Swarovski elements. The design of the silver piece - with just the owl's face looking at you, I like a lot too, but adding such decorative pieces makes them a little tacky in my opinion.     Awwww Christian those little kitties are soooo cute. Yep, I am not a fan of rocks on my coins either. But this one (Owl) is an exception to my rule. I think this particular one enhances the coin. I think the Mongols have come a long way since they put out that gastly note with the "Guy with the Orange Juice Squeezer" on his head.

    excellent coins, i only have 2 mongolian coins a 20 mongo and a proof silver 250 tugrik endagered wildlife coin.
