If you put "1945 Mexico 50 centavo ngc" on Google, it gives you the melt value and the collector value for different grades.

The silver coins are at least melt value. Non silver coins, like the Portugal one are like $2

There's a market for almost every coin. The 92 S Quarter is an impaired proof coin. Is it silver or clad?

I don't know. What do you mean impaired

Impaired simply means weakened or damaged . In numismatics by PCGS states :
These are called impaired proof coins. According to the Professional Coin Grading Service, an impaired proof is “a proof coin that grades less than PR-60; a circulated proof.” Unfortunately, not every proof coin is kept in the best condition.

Ah well it's a clad quarter I found out by looking at the rim. Not a big deal I gave him 20 dollars for the lot so I'll be Okay
